Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital marketing team and develop a digital marketing roadmap to drive innovation across digital platforms including web, social, email and mobile
  • Establish the firm’s web strategy, including the user journey and content mapping approach
  • Develop a global social media strategy to cater to target audiences; expand international reach and reinforce the AlixPartners brand
  • Design and implement effective digital marketing content management processes and oversee content production for digitalchannels
  • Recommend and manage marketing campaign management tools
  • Establish, monitor and refine measures of digital marketing impact on brand awareness and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with AlixPartners business leaders to understand and meet their marketing needs
  • Design and launch global internal engagement program to educate employees and amplify digital marketing efforts
  • Manage digital marketing budget and monitor costs and expenses
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies and drive marketing technology integration throughout the organization by interfacing with the Chief Digital Officer, IT, otherinternal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth implementations
  • Additional responsibilities as identified


  • Minimum of 12-years’ experience in marketing, including 5+ years leading digital marketing teams
  • Professional services experience, either as a consultant or in a corporate services role, is desired
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and tactics, including websites, social media, SEO, SEM and e-mail marketing
  • Proven track record of creating and leveraging digital content
  • Expertise in web optimization and web analytics, marketing, communications, web design and creating multi-channel user journeys to acquire, activate and retain users
  • Experience in defining, monitoring and communicating digital marketing effectiveness metrics; high degree of analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to identify, prioritize and pursue opportunities
  • Professional experience implementing marketing automation tools is preferred
  • Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Experience working with senior executives to create digital marketing programs
  • Ability to effectively challenge the views of others as well as your own and successfully gain consensus
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the work day
