Job Description

The Global Delivery Systems Service Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of an overall business strategy to grow service revenue and improve service contribution margin for Varian’s global delivery systems business. The person in this role will drive the global services product and technology roadmap. Additional duties to include:

  • Develop quantitative models to justify the business case, manage pilot programs, lead product roll-out and monitor on-going performance.
  • Be forward thinking and stay abreast of the evolving healthcare environment and broader industry trends.

  • Contract Renewal Rate
  • Off-Warranty Capture Rate

Job Requirements

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge ? Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people. ? Effective interpersonal skills. Other Desired Skills and Knowledge ? Required Certifications and Training ? Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility. Experience Level with Business Tools ? Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ? Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Bachelors Degree or equivalent 5 years of related experience. One year of management experience or supervisory equivalent
