We are welcoming onboard a Program Manager that will support onboard cloud vendors globally and manage operational vendor issues. The ideal candidate must have experience with contract terms review, pricing and invoice structure and have a passion for training operational and sales teams on processes. We are hiring a PM that has solid experience designing processes and improving processes.

What is expected from the PM?

  • Management of end to end project
  • Development of standard procedural and operational onboarding documentation
  • Operational lead to vendors (external) and vendor management/operations/sales (internal) for new vendor and offerings to be on-boarded
  • Organization of the project team
  • Analyze and design of project proposal (in scope and out of scope of standards) to onboard new vendor and new offering for existing vendors
  • Creation and/or improvement of business process
  • Preparation of roadmaps, operational process documentation, and communication of changes
  • Communication of the project status to multiple levels of multiple organizations and vendor on a regular basis
  • Management of cross-functional activities across multilevel groups within the organization and external
  • Development and training of the project team
  • Overall responsibility for outcome of results
  • Assessment of the results relative to the original expectations
  • Leadership of projects throughout the company's business portfolio including consolidation and business process offshoring


What you must bring to the table:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in project management
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio required
  • Must possess the ability to think strategically examine and re-engineer operations and procedures, formulate policy and develop and implement new strategies and procedures
  • Ability to gather data compile information and prepare reports
  • Must possess the ability to adapt to evolving business practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others and foster a cooperative work environment
  • Project management skills including the ability to prioritize assignments and make sound business decisions
  • Program planning and implementation skills; including strong organization skills and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work independently and deliver thorough comprehensive and quality results
  • Solid knowledge of technology products and distributionchannels
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to implement recommendations and see projects through to completion
  • Ability to professionally conduct meetings and discussions
  • Previous experience working with Cloud Computing technology is a plus
  • Six Sigma black belt certification is a plus
