Job Responsibilities:

  • Team lead for global employee benefits brokerage and consulting services for multinational client engagements (global benefits strategies, local benefits, cross-border benefits)
  • Develop optimal benefits strategies based on client’s business and objectives
  • Develop compliant and cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate within Global Benefits practice to develop and deliver comprehensive client management strategy
  • Develop and deliver client presentations and recommendations
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding compliant, competitive benefit plans, and related best practices
  • Provide mentorship to Associate Consultants and Analysts as appropriate. Provide routine feedback on work and technical skills


  • Bachelor's degree, Graduate degreepreferred
  • 5+ years Global Benefits consulting experience
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Proficiency in a foreign language preferred
  • Sound understanding of: cross-border employee benefit plans, compliance and markets; multinational pooling and other global risk financing strategies; health and welfare benefits practice in primary global markets; offshore retirement savings solutions; and extraterritoriality of US laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with key regulations affecting core employee benefits and retirement plans in primary global markets
