ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Create and generate key ongoing reports such as a monthly/quarterly business performance metrics that includes relevant and insightful analysis and commentary

Create metrics and reporting dashboards to identify trends in volumes, revenue, profitability and geography by customer segment, channel, and product

Provide analytic support for development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plans

Measure ROI and impact of Align product initiatives, including developing the methodology and creating processes to capture data

Proactively provide suggestions to improve existing reporting and ideas for new reporting that would provide more actionable business insights

Provide ad hoc analysis on as needed basis in response to requests or to support recommendations

Assist business partners in setting benchmark goals as appropriate

Create presentations to be used in a variety of forums, and present to FP&A, Global Marketing and senior management.

Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Statistics or similar business related fields. MBA strongly preferred.

6+ years financial modeling, statistical and business analysis experiencerequired

3+ years of experience supporting Finance and/or Marketing

Strong quantitative analysis and data mining skills (e.g. SQL, R, Python)

Experience and strength in identifying insights from data and formulating a story

Experience working with cross functional business partners

5+ Strong experience in building models in MS Excel required

Experience using business intelligence tools

Experience creating business dashboards, preferably MS PowerBI

Excellent communication skills to clearly present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

Ability to translate complex business & financial analysis in simple layman terms
