The GAM partners closely with the client as the trusted subject matter expert at executive levels around the globe, and simultaneously partners with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in local markets to ensure proper alignment and execution of the strategy. Through extensive dialogue and deep dive analysis, the GAM shapes and implements the solution strategy that is unique to the client.
