AutoGrid is seeking a Global Account Director (GAD) to manage the strategic relationship with one of our most important worldwide clients. The Global Account Director will work with members of the core AutoGrid sales, strategy, architecture and delivery teams to help the client to maximize the value it receives from its investment in the AutoGrid solution portfolio.
This will include the identification of new use cases, developing new business directions, creating associated solutions with the supporting AutoGrid team and, as a result driving both repeatable revenue growth and long term client satisfaction.
The GAD will own responsibility for achieving stated revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals and will execute this mission by liaising effectively with various client portfolio companies, and with AutoGrid’s sales, solution architecture, product engineering and professional services teams.
The right candidate will bring to this position: a deep knowledge of the structure and workings of deregulated and regulated electricity markets, particularly in the US and Europe, an affinity for our client’s culture and longer term evolving business goals, experience in leading cross functional matrix teams to achieve successful strategic growth, a proven customer delivery record and focus, new solution development experience and ability to quickly comprehend new business challenges, ability to develop senior level relationships, drive to innovate, leadership by influence, ability to negotiate large contracts.
