The main objective of this position is to support North America Sales with the overall management of all saleable and non-saleable allocations. The Manager will act as liaison for small retailer accounts and execute on strategies for success. Working directly with Account Directors, the Sales Operations Manager will ensure that marketing, education, field sales, and shipments for all key accounts are supported and optimized. This role will lead NA local events like POP UP Shops, Glamland Events, and support the Director of Education with Retailer Events.


  • This person will lead the saleable and non-saleable allocation for significant new launch activity and basic business for the GLAMGLOW North America Region. As part hereof, this candidate will manage a highly involved sales administration process with multiple stakeholders; Marketing, Sales Account Directors, Sales Field and Customer Service, to ensure all launch programs are executed with excellence.

  • This person will be responsible for working with Sales Management / Sales Field to calendarize annual retail and net shipments plans top-down to the door and account level.

  • This person will be responsible for key planning and allocation documents as well as corresponding performance documents inclusive of – but not limited to – quarterly, monthly and weekly salesreports, mix of business reports as well as new launch salesreports. All performance reports to have strategic commentary on key trends and recommendations on how to continuously strengthen and build the GLAMGLOW business. All documents are used continuously by ELC leadership, GLAMGLOW leadership as well as the field team to manage the GLAMGLOW NA business on ongoing basis.

  • As part of managing and executing the Sales Administration process, this candidate must lead and run key processes on an ongoing basis:

  • Run monthly net shipment commitment and field returns to be used for the monthly consensus meetings. Participate in consensus meeting to highlight key business performance trends to GLAMGLOW leadership.

  • Run the allocation of Testers, Samples, Collateral and GWP's. Generate reports to track field no-cost orders shipped vs. allocated to insure timely ordering and reduce excess. Plan, prepare and track the # of promotions and collections loaded into Passport.

  • Create Priority Ship lists and communicate with both Field and Customer Service to ensure new product launches and promotions are shipped on time to make retail activation dates. As part hereof be able to make strategic recommendations on how to optimize shipments across a range of aggressive retail calendars.

  • Route all Field promotional no-charge requests for appropriate approvals. Work with Customer Service to track shipping status and communicate updates with Field.

  • Support small key accounts by preparing for mini-market meetings and collaborating with merchants to optimize all retailsales opportunites.

  • Sell-In all newness and communcate the “Go To Market” strategies from Global and North America marketing teams.

  • Responsible for Sales Data integrity and hierarchy structure in SalesReporting System



  • Bachelor’s degreepreferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong analytical and communication skills along with exceptional computer literacy

  • Superior customer service-oriented abilities to meet the needs of several departments

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects

  • Should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team as needed.

  • Basic understanding of and interest in Beauty industry and Consumer Packaging Goods Industry

  • Prior experience with Passport System and/or Data Warehouse or experience managing other ERP systems.
