This position will lead GLAMGLOWs NA Education and Event efforts with the objective to bring the unique DNA of GLAMGLOW to life and drive sales. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the brand wins with dedicated staff as well as generic retail staff across a diverse portfolio of NA channels. Develop and customize tools for NA retailer’s specific format and International as needed.
This role will help articulate and shape GLAMGLOW’s NA education and event pillar - turning it into a key business driver. This candidate will manage the yearly NA education and event strategy and will deploy created video, tools and protocols. This position will work closely with NA, Director of Field to equip GLAMOURIZERS with all necessary tools to win in a highly competitive specialty-multi channel. This position will also partner with VP,NA Sales, NA Marketing and Key Account Managers in optimizing launch execution (during / post launch).
This position will have a key role in gaining feedback from the NA point of sale and GLAMORIZERS and bring this back into the NA Leadership team. This will require travel into the front line of NA regions / markets and will require for this candidate to work side-by-side with GLAMOURIZERS, as applicable / feasible.
This position will work with NA retailers and online in the execution of GLAMGLOW’s education and event strategy – and as such will be responsible for the execution of mega educationevents as well as consumer events in-store.
This position reports to the Vice President, NA Sales and will have a matrix line into the Executive Director, International Sales.
Build GLAMGLOW’s NA education and event pillar into a key business driver for the brand. As part hereof partner with VP, NA Sales, to build the yearly strategy. This position will manage & spend vast majority of time in the execution of education & event strategy
Inspire and motivate dedicated education and field teams as well as generic retail staff across a diverse portfolio of NA channels. Plan and execute all GLAMOURIZER trainings year-round. Develop disruptive ways to deliver training on ongoing basis. Spend significant time in store to build close relationships with the GLAMORIZERS / generic staff and to ensure education & events are impactful.
Develop education & event tools, training modules, videos and content. Provide feedback to the VP, NA Sales as to how tools are working / not working, for continuous improvement.
Plan and work closely with NA, Director Field to ensure all gratis executions are flawless.
Work closely with retailers, US and Canada regions and online in the execution of GLAMGLOW’s education and event strategy. Lead a range of NA education sessions.
In North America region, this role will direct education and event planning as well as execution – working closely with the NA sales, marketing and field teams.
Ensure programs and formats are results-driven, disruptive, fun and user-friendly. Measure the impact of the programs through sales results. Continuously improve.
Together with the NA Director, Marketing and Key Account Managers, join founders in mega Education Fairs as required.
