With a diverse mix of projects to include new construction and renovations, the team gets exposure across the spectrum of commercial work. This GC continues to grow, and they are looking for the right person to step into senior leadership.
Your new role
As a General Superintendent, you will develop and manage Superintendents at multiple job sites. With your time spent in and out of the office, you will be tasked to engage, motivate, and direct the field team of Supers ranging from just a couple of years?experience to seasoned experts. You will be the field representative to the senior management team and will have an opportunity to continue to grow in the company. Your goal is clear: strengthen the staff of field Supers as the company grows.
What you'll need to succeed
Past performance predicts future success. If your career in the field has so far been successful and shows a pattern of increasing responsibility, apply for this role! You will most likely have a strong project background to include base builds and interiors within a large GC, a degree in construction, strong character, excellent organizational skills, and a drive to succeed that is bigger than anything else.
