This Position is desgined for larger revenue/ Inventory markets in the Adams company. The GSM provides direct sales supervision and direction to a local sales manager and 14 local AE's and support teams like our creative and sales assistants. The General Sales manager ensures that the market revneue growth objestives and salesbudgets are achieved through a hands on approach to market strategy and personnel development.
Budgeting for sales team and all product classes
Direct sales and marketingpromotions and material to help assist sales team
Lead recruiting efforts of sales and support staff personnel
Community involement is key in this role both on the business side and government side.

AE budgeting and helping ensure the team meets budgets monthly
