What is the opportunity?
As the General Manager, North America, you will be defining and leading the go to market strategy for each of the sub segments. In this position, you will have direct accountability for the profitability of the segment and for sales outcomes. Your mandate will include strategy, building an effective sales organization, systems and processes, and revenue growth. As well you will direct the activities of the dedicated sales team and measure and manage their performance.
Location: can be based anywhere in the USA.

What will you do?
Establish and oversee the adoption of departmental vision and values, which forms part of the work culture.
Play a mentorship role to key positions within the team, assisting in the execution of duties upon request, honing their professional skills, and readying them for occupation of his position in his absence or retirement.
Monitor and observe the brand and make forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market.
Identify, build and manage key partnerships for this Segment
Develop weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
Play a major strategic role in the sales department by implementing sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drive enhanced revenue generation for the business.
Create and implement sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI’s for the business. Provide thought leadership with a consultative approach on how Zafin’s products can be leveraged by a Bank for its business objectives and building frameworks to solve business issues.
Prepare and implement client engagement strategies and Build analytical frameworks to solve clients’ business issues.
Collaborate with a vertical leadership team to generate a healthy sales pipeline for large integrated transformation deals.
Work alongside the core product team to sell the front-line decision-making solution applications.
What do I need to succeed?
15+ years of experience in selling technology products/software solutions.
Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence.
Experience evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches
Expert in both hunting for new business and selling in a complex customer environment.
Experience in both direct and indirect sales models in FinTech space.
Experienced in (Technology or Business) Software Applications License Sales.
Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision.
Must be self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable to business growth fluctuations, work comfortably and effortlessly in group settings, be a persuasive and charismatic individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines.
