Job Description :

As GM or VP of Strategic Engagement, you are responsible for managing, developing, and expanding our customer portfolio as well as brokering relationships with C-level executives at existing and potential clients. Key responsibilities:

  • New business development and expansion of existing relationships
  • Ensure clients receive a world-class experience with Supermicro
  • Build and maintain a network of business relationships, including the executive management of clients, prospects, and other referral resources
  • Work closely with clients to ensure their business needs are addressed, taking charge of internal teams to ensure customers’ business needs are taken care of
  • Represent Supermicro at major industry events and trade shows


  • 10+ years of experience at leading server, networking, hardware companies required
  • Bachelor or Master in Business and / or Engineering
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills
  • Strong focus and ownership on the overall client experience
  • Strong executive presence with a track record of winning large clients / business
