Your responsibilities

To manage the profitable performance, growth and future strategy, return on capital employed of the branch so thedivision achieves its short and long-term financial and operating objectives as set by the overall business plan.


- Contribute to the development of division business strategy as part of the ThyssenKrupp Aerospace, NA senior management team.

- Responsible for senior level customer contacts to define, develop and negotiate new business to increase marketshare and drive revenue growth-Responsible for all aspects of successful implementation of new business including operations, quality, and costcontrol to ensure new growth supports the overall goals and objectives of ThyssenKrupp Aerospace, NA.

-Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies, and programmes that will effectively implement the businessstrategies and objectives set by the President of ThyssenKrupp Aerospace, NA.

-Monitor the competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and develop business plans toaddress them while continuing to develop strategic initiatives that will contribute to future profitable growth.

-Represent the business in dealing with external interests, with a particular responsibility to develop and maintaingood relations with customers and suppliers.

-Set and monitor the performance of the Branch against standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing andadministration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management.

-Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers to ensure that the business strategy is implementedeffectively, consistently and according to established guidelines and budgets.

Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience

Expert know how / knowledge Executive management, sales/business development, strategy. Extensiveindustry knowledge.

Expected (educational) qualifications

Minimum BA/BS required; MBA preferred. Continuing executiveeducation.

Expected years of experience

Minimum 10 years experience in management and/or senior managementroles.
