Job Description:

Requirements – General Manager PPC

Salary $180k DOE + Benefits - New Orleans, LA area

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have demonstrated P&L leadership in a technical business greater than $25M annual revenues.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills are required.

Familiarity with blueprints and drawings.

Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.

Ability to take directions and follow instructions.

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Ability to work on beams, scaffolding, ladders and confined spaces.

Ability to work a variety of assignments and locations on a daily or hourly basis.

Strong ability to be reliable, dependable and work as a team.

General Manager PPC Summary

The General Manager directs and coordinates activities of the departments in Power Propulsion and Control (PPC) such as engineering, human resources, finance, production, planning, project management, and the supply chain in formulating and administering organization policies by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. He or she is responsible for profit and loss of the activities undertaken. Periodic continental and international travel are expected with this position.
