This is a high level, executive position that will manage all functions – Sales, Operations, Product Management, HR, IT and P&L responsibility. It has 7 Managers who would be direct reports with 42 supportassociates.

Directly manages branch leadership team including a Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Administrative Manager, and Product Managers; and a total of more than 50 employees.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all branch departments.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
P&L responsibility for revenue, margins and profits
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities of divisions or departments such as operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning, sales, maintenance, or research and development to effect operational efficiency and economy.
Directs and coordinates promotion of products manufactured or services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in industry.
Analyzes branch budget requests to identify areas in which modifications can be made, to assure results in accordance with the approved budget.
Develops, maintains and improves customer, vendor and employee relationships.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience or combination of experience and education
