- Minimum three years experience in a HIGH VOLUME, full-service, fine dining establishment.
- Ability to communicate with guests, employees and vendors in a clear, concise and expert manner.
- Knowledge of FOH operations- food, beverage, inventory, ordering, supervision, etc.
- Experience managing a beverage/wine program a plus.
- Ability to support FOH and BOH staff, coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Experience in marketing/sales, business development in restaurant setting a plus.
- Desire for improvement, advancement, and development.
- Ability to work under pressure, in stressful situations.
- Provide training for all staff; meet restaurant quality standards; assist in establishing and enforcing food &
- pour specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation.
- Ability to maintain and improve controllable costs while maximizing guest satisfaction.
- Available to work flexible schedules that include weekends, evenings.
- R.S.I. or other online inventory and cost control programs as well as Excel spreadsheets and Micros preferred.
- Candidates for this position should have a strong sense of hospitality, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work as a TEAM.
- Must be available 7 days a week.
