To help GBDS on this journey we are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of the GBDS Data Analyst working to achieve the GBDS transformation vision of an insight-rich function where team members of all levels have access to data and information that is fit for use at the speed of relevance.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Execute high-priority strategic data analytics projects based on GBDS leadership priorities

• Become a recognized expert on GBDS core and common data for opportunity, customer, and competitor.

• Support the GBDS Tools Portfolio with by ideating analytics and AI capabilities to be built in GBDS's opportunity management, customer relationship management, capture management, proposal management, and competitive intelligence capabilities

This is a rotational position supporting the 1LMX GBDS Transformation Program. This position is expected to be a 2-3-year assignment and upon conclusion of rotation the successful candidate would need to compete for another position outside the program.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working in a business development or business strategy role for a Aerospace & Defense prime contractor

• Experience executing analytics and AI projects to enhance insight-driven decision making

• Due to access of US DoD Systems, US Citizenship is required for this role

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Mastersdegree. Considered career, or journey, level.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of data science tools and techniques

• Experience presenting data-rich analyses and conclusions to executive stakeholders

• Experience working on agile teams to quickly learn and adjust to achieve a vision

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
