The Hartford's Group Benefits IT Team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Software Engineer (Hybrid) who is responsible for working in engineering teams to successfully drive the transformation of our application landscape. He/She will work on an agile team to build and support various invest & maintenance assignments to achieve business outcomes on a large transformational program.
Successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent partnership with stakeholders and partner teams, willingness to understand/adhere to existing processes and standards, solid technical acumen, experience in delivering quality technical solutions and ability to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring systems are stable, performant, and secure.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
