We are seeking a Full Stack (Software) Engineer to be a key member of a small team, responsible for the development of new features and maintenance of the Siriusware Control product. As part of our accesso® Ticketing Group, you’ll contribute to helping our clients sell more tickets, streamline operations, drive revenue and improve the guest experience. Our ticketing solutions allow our clients to sell general admissions, reserved seats, time/date specific tickets, season passes, memberships and so much more.
The Full Stack (Software) Engineer must be skilled at designing and writing code for new functionality that is efficient, compliant to industry and company best practices, well documented, consistent with all technical requirements, delivered on time and unit tested. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, with experience working in a remote-first environment.

Reports to: VP, Engineering
Travel Requirement: Up to 5%
Maintaining existing software code to meet the same standards/criteria as new code
Alpha testing new code
Documenting newly implemented features and bug fixes
Providing technical support when issues are escalated by technical support staff
Assisting with and/or performing upgrades, training, and implementation
Serving as a member of the after-hours emergency technical support team
Experience writing queries and complex stored procedures in SQL Server databases
Ability to work in teams or independently with minimal direction
Experience with Scrum practices and ceremonies
