You will berequired to train and coach your team and act as backup for your peers’ teams, understand how employees’ performance impacts overall productivity, and review work for accuracy and quality. You will handle exception items, escalated issues, and assign work to your staff. In this position, you will beresponsible for managing the performance of your team by monitoring productivity and quality, by having regular and consistent coaching, and providing monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews, as well as corrective action and follow up. This position will alsopartner with human resources to conduct personnel actions (hiring, terminations, salary actions, andpromotions).

  • Reviews work of team members to ensure quality standards are met
  • Responsible for completing complex assignments and coordinating related activities
  • Researches and resolves issues and serves as backup to team manager
  • Manage the productivity and performance of staff
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and productivity analysis
  • Regularly review and update procedures
  • Promote an environment of continuous improvement
  • Facilitate process improvement, including system enhancements
  • Evaluate departmental risks and implementing controls for identified risk
  • Able to evaluate and analyze data from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and concern for all aspects of the job
  • Make decisions quickly that are consistent with policies to ensure positive resolution
  • Have amazing communication and professional skills

Work Hours: Various Schedules - Must be able to work Saturdays.

  • 3 - 4 years experience managing a staff
  • Production/Operations experience
  • Navigate multiple operating systems efficiently while being attentive to details
  • Ability to work successfully under tight time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Have amazing communication and professional skills to clearly convey information & adjust style to the intended audience
  • Highly motivated, organized, attentive to details and able to multi-task
  • Possess a strong understanding of production environments
  • Ability to evaluate and share process improvement opportunities
  • Ability to use Chase applications such as mainframe preferred
  • Advanced level PC applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Word preferred
  • Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Product and Industry knowledge preferred
