Job Description
DUTIES:
- Creation of new dynamic site layout / user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML / CSS / JavaScript (AJAX) practices.
- Perform SEO techniques in order to get indexed and increase prominence.
- Own entire presentation tier including CSS and JavaScript resources.
- Collaborate with Systems Architect, Creative and Product Management teams to design and develop website user experience.
- Researching & prototyping new technologies (HTML5, CSS3) and providing recommendations for application improvement as it pertains to the user interface.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of overall software development experience with 2+ years’ experience in high transaction volume environment.
- Expert knowledge of front-end technologies (D/HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and JavaScript libraries (jQuery).
- Strong background in web & object-oriented programming experience with ASP.NET / C# using MVC framework.
- Experience with B2C, high traffic websites focusing on e-commerce.
