This highly impactful role will be the strategic business partner to the owners and their principals as it relates to achievement of operational and business objectives, ensuring the franchisees are growing and elevating their operational, financial and business results. Responsibilities will include implementation of key initiatives and new products and systems, serving as a business advisor on guest service execution, sales, profit growth, cost management, and business investment. The ability to build strong relationships with franchise operators to ensure that business operations and practices are in compliance with franchise agreements and company standards will be essential to this role.
We are looking for an individual with experience helping franchisees and companies grow, elevate and increase market share including business planning, conducting quarterly reviews, helping franchisees analyze and assimilate operational and financial information. Must have a strong background in multi-unit Franchise consulting business management within the restaurant industry along with the proven ability to set goals and inspire field management and Franchise Owners toward personal improvement and operational development. This leader will be instrumental in the continued development of their franchise owners, helping them to expand their organizations as it relates to size, investments, sales and profits and development of people. The ability to facilitate effective lines of communication between corporate leadership and the franchise community, creative problem-solving skills and solid decision-making processes are essential.
