The Global Banking, Capital markets and Advisory (BCMA) business comprises of ~$7 billion in annual revenues and consists of the following product lines: Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets Origination (Debt and Equity) and Core Lending.
BCMA P&A team works closely with the products, regions, and functions within the business to provide financial and analytical support and help the business make key strategic decisions. BCMA P&A team supplies the Global BCMA LFO, and other senior management (ICG CFO, CEO etc.) with analysis and insight into Banking Products' financial results and projections. Through this analysis, the team facilitates decision making to drive performance and strategy of global products, regions and functions, and also for use with external analysts, regulators and investors.
BCMA P&A team is looking for an AVP to fill in a role that requires a strong analytical approach to product and financial strategy together with leadership skills that significantly rely on influence and building strong partnerships to execute business and financial plans in a systematic, measurable, and effective way. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven ability to work together with multiple stakeholders across Banking, Finance, Operations and Technology. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and with colleagues who may not be in the same geographic location.
The AVP will report to the SVP – Global P&A Lead of BCMA.
