We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join the Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full P&L financial planning process, multi-year operating model, forecast updates, capital allocation, provide ongoing analytical support to the management team. This position will report to the Head of Finance and Accounting and is the first hire of the FP&A team.

Responsibilities:

Manage the annual financial planning, quarterly forecasting, tracking of operating expenses,

headcount reporting, and variance analysis

Maintain the long-range/multi-year operating model incorporating the financial impacts of

strategic plans and initiatives

Create department level reporting to help track and manage spending and headcount by

focusing on key trends and variances

Partner with department heads to deliver accurate financial forecasting, meaningful

performance updates, and business improvement / insights

Support the accounting team in monthly close process

Assist in preparation of Board presentations, management reporting, and peer group

benchmarking

Prepare ad-hoc financial models to support strategic initiatives

Identify and execute financial analysis to optimize business performance


Desired Skills and Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience in a high growth corporate finance environment with heavy

emphasis on analytics. Experience in a SaaS or FinTech company will be helpful

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, and CFA highly preferred

Advanced modeling skills with the ability to build and own financial models.

High degree of integrity and honesty with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Advanced understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting and analysis

Ability to collaborate constructively with, and influence, business partners and finance

colleagues

Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite or similar financial tools

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Thorough and detail-oriented, results-driven, excellent analytical skills and time management skills, with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and execute.
