Job Description

Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global FOUNDRY training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements.

More About the Role:

  • Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
  • Accountable for all aspects of the ASOC and AOC-AS course functions.
  • Conduct close coordination with the Government AOC-AS Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members for all aspects of ASOC and AOC-AS courses changes and updates; responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for AOC-AS.
  • Manage the hands on, day-to-day accountability of AOC-AS Course Manager and Working Group inputs.
  • Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, workshops, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Synchronize input from the AOC-AS Course Manager and All Source Working Group members.
  • Work directly with the AOC-AS Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members to assess current and future course material, and coordinate and aid with certification of AOC-AS cadre personnel to ensure proper training and qualifications.
  • Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the AOC-AS training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies, and AAR reviews.
  • Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the AOC-AS portfolio.
  • Facilitate training and instruction in large and small group settings.
  • Support exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective learning environments.
  • Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 12 months.
  • Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability and supervision of assigned Contractor personnel.
  • Conducts administrative management of assigned Contractor personnel.


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications.
  • Required 12 years as an MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) DCGS-A or DIS All-Source Analyst or equivalent experience as an All-Source Analyst on DCGS-A or DIS spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons.
  • Required Minimum of 2 years as an instructor on the DCGS-A or DIS system.
  • Required: Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.).
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
  • Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
