Job Description

Works collaboratively with the Director, Foster Care Medical Home program to establish and implement operational processes and systems to ensure program outcomes are in compliance with the Foster Care Medical Home contract and which are designed to improve health outcome for members served. Provides direct supervision of program supervisors and applicable support staff. In addition, is responsible for identified business functions of the program which include data analysis and reporting, information systems integration and complex project management. Works collaboratively with leaders from Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Primary Care, Community Services as well as other network providers, county and state partners, community organizations and other stakeholders. This position serves as a member of the Children's Community Health Plan leadership team.

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field; Masters' Degree preferred; or Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) with a current license to practice professional nursing in the State of WI.
  • Must have 5 years experience in a pediatric healthcare field with increasing level of responsibility.
  • Complex project management and/or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Requires demonstrated skills/success in business planning, complex project management, conflict resolution, data analysis and effective collaboration across multiple systems/stakeholders.
