Povides cost/price analysis and expertise by utilizing Integrated Pricing Analysis and Reporting Tool (IMPART), SOMARDS along with other cost/ price models or estimating tools to capture life cycle cost estimates, contractor costs and government costs. Serves as a member of International Integrated Product Team (IPT) as point of contact for pricing Contractor Cost of hardware and services, GProvies government Support Cost of Army Working Capital Fund items, Government Pay and Allowances, Government Travel and Living, Civilian Retirement Pay and Transportation Costs of Major end Items. Develops Independent Government Estimates and Economic Analysis of existing and potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers for International Programs.
Assists with the briefings of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Secretary of State, and Secretary of Defense and Office of the President for potential FMS customers. Meets with FMS case managers and support contractors to layout Test Requirements, System Integration and Checkout and related training listed in Letters of Request (LORs). Reviews required percentage charges of Administration, Transportation, Packaging, Crating, and Handling (PCH) listed in Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA). Updates and reports U.S. and Special Non Recurring Cost to Defense Security Cooperation Agency as well as inputting the Investment costs into cases requiring recoupment. Executes the ability to be highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and deadline sensative. Works with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product. Executes a variety of tasks in a team environment and excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills and people skills.
