Skyworks is a leader in supplying ICs for wireless gaming headsets, wireless sub-woofers, Soundbars, home theater systems, smart active digital headsets and Bluetooth speakers.
•Primary role is focused on support of new SOC design and implementations and deployment of support SDK including hardware drivers and support libraries.
•Work with Avnera’s Hardware and Firmware teams to develop SDK libraries and development environment
•Responsible for design and support for driver and library components
•SDK validation (unit level and system validation)
•Participate in system design
•Assist in the development of example applications and user interface programming tools #LI-DB1
•Location - Beaverton, OR
•BS and 8 years of experience or MS and 6 years or PhD and 3 years in development of embedded systems firmware, ideally in support of applications in consumer electronics, but not mandatory
•Comfortable designing, developing, and debugging hardware driver code to support new hardware designs.
•Experience with C and assembly code; demonstrated C programming skills
•Experienced embedded system developer with 32 bit class systems.
•Comfortable with low level hardware through firmware
•Embedded debugging skills; on-chip debugger, real-time debugging and source level.
•Mixed signal system experience
