Responsibilities and Tasks:
In this role, you will be working within a firmware process team supporting the implementation of a firmware development process for a wide-ranging set of firmware and software teams. These teams will be working on controllers for SSDs utilizing the latest flash technology and other volatile and non-volatile memory technology. You will also contribute to ensuring our process meets ISO/IATF compliance standards to pass the necessary audits.
Within the framework of an Agile approach with a focus on test driven development, continuous integration and very high levels of automation you will be contributing to ensuring we have a system that produces very high levels of firmware quality on predictable and efficient schedules. It will be your job to contribute to the development, maintenance, and updating of the infrastructure required to enable it. We have multiple diverse and geographically distributed development teams you will work with and support. Additionally, you will contribute to development of systems to monitor the adherence and effectiveness of the system.
