The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Zimmer Biomet Dental FP&A team, with a focus on planning and forecasting, financial modeling, and improvement initiatives. Successful candidates will act as a business partner to senior management and other functional areas. The position reports to the FP&A Manager and is part of a high-profile group with exposure to senior management levels within the organization.
•Provide timely and accurate financial information and support for the business teams to make fact-based decisions
•Support critical decision-making and guide strategic thinking around the P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash Flow and key financial and operating metrics
•Actively participate in all budget and forecast processes; review financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity; explain related variances to plan and forecast
•Maintain the systems that support the financial reviews and processes
•Provide business partner support for daily activities and special projects
•Partner with functional leads to drive resource optimization

•Intermediate to advanced Excel and Access required
•Experience in Hyperion applications is a plus
•B.S. in accounting, finance or related field. MBA preferred. 5-7 years of experience required in finance or accounting. CPA/CMA preferred.
