ITG is looking for an innovative, motivated Financial Services Operations Manager to join our team.

  • Manage Project based workflow improvements and supervise a small team   
  • Ensure client satisfaction by developing relationships and delivering consistent high levels of client service
  • Perform daily functions relating to client allocation of market executions, settlement reporting and oversight, account opening and maintenance, inventory balancing and reconciliation of all related activities
  • Interaction with clearing agents, vendors and clients to ensure prompt and accurate performance of abovementioned duties
  • Perform daily Foreign Exchange (FX) reconciliation and support of customer activity


  • Minimum 5years of industry experience
  • Supplementary securities and FX processing and settlement experience strongly encouraged
  • Experience interacting directly with brokerage Front Office culture
  • Experience with project oversight and management and high Excel/ PowerPoint proficiency
  • Energetic, self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional time management, communication and organization skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
