Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks a mid-to-senior level associate (3-6 years) to join the Financial Services Litigation & Compliance practice group as a non-partnership track salaried staff attorney in our Dallas office. An attorney in this position will be benefits eligible and generally expected to work in the office Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The candidate will generally have an expected billable hour goal of 1500 - 1800 hours. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with federal and state court litigation related to consumer finance laws and regulations for mortgage origination, wrongful foreclosure, debt servicing, credit cards and/or auto lending (including TILA, RESPA, FCRA, TCPA, Fair Lending, UDAAP, Dodd-Frank Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).
