Looking for senior project manager with previous IT experience to support the ramp up of a new department. Duties include: . Smart Mobility financial management, including business and cycle planning, consumption management, resource management, etc. . Headcount planning, global headcount management reporting, billing and time tracking and management. . Department planning activities, support of department and staff meetings, business continuity management, organizational change management, SharePoint management . Project and program management using Clarity and Rally, creation and management of finances in financial systems. . Submitting and managing purchase orders, licensing agreements, contracts, etc.

Skills Required: previous IT experience. Prior IT financial management experienceworking with large global programs with budgets greater than $1M. IT and finance systems experience - for example, PCAM, MEARS, CPARS, CARS, DORF, IT Billing, ITMS, Clarity, etc.

Non-Tech Skills: . Excellent communication, networking and relationship building skills . Excellent organizational skills to support working in a fast paced environment
