We are currently looking to fill Project Lead role. This position requires Secret Clearance and is a full-time hybrid psoition both in office and remote. The office location is Springfield VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage assigned tasks, ensuring successful performance and completion.
Utilize project management techniques, including risk management, planning, and communication, to achieve project goals.
Provide technical accounting expertise and hands-on experience to resolve complex financial reporting, audit, budget execution, payroll, and financial analysis issues.
Prepare and deliver staff guidance, technical instructions, and status reports.
Research and apply federal financial management standards relevant to the assigned tasks.
Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality and submitted on time.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATIONS:

At least ten years of federal accounting and financial management experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in a lead capacity for the respective task.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMP candidate with expected certification within six months of Task Order award, and/or demonstrated experience in leading projects using project risk management, planning, and communication techniques.
Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated technical accounting knowledge and analytical capabilities.
Attention to detail and ability to resolve financial management issues effectively.
Possess a business-related four-year degree (B.S. or B.A. in Accounting desired) and be proficient in: SQL - advanced programming, PL/SQL, SQL Developer, SQL*Plus, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Developer - repositories, dashboards, reports & user role management, Excel (macros & pivot tables)
