  • Support the global LFO and senior business leadership team in all aspects of Finance
  • Partner with the Private Bank product business heads and leadership team in achieving financial goals
  • Assist in the delivery of Planning & Analysis in support of CPB in partnership with Accounting, Tax, Treasury and the wider Finance organization
  • Work with the ICG Workstream structure to integrate Private Bank Finance with the broader ICG finance systems and processes

Responsibilities:

  • Advise and partner with CPB LFO in providing finance analytics
  • Assist CPB Finance team on core finance processes - control, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, reviews, analysis and system implementation
  • Coordinate with matrix functions across the globe
  • Ensure expense vigilance and partner with regional finance teams to deliver financial objectives.
  • Interface with ICG Workstreams, and global and regional CPB finance teams to deliver against corporate deliverables
  • Drive finance productivity and innovation, including standardizing and globalizing processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Strong background in one or more of the core finance disciplines (P&A, Controller, Strategy, Treasury, Tax)
  • Significant experience in Finance, Planning or Strategy disciplines
  • Familiarity with the wealth management industry is desirable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of ICG/Private Bank business is useful
  • Ability to interact with senior audiences, on a variety of internally driven and function driven deliverables.
  • Breadth of experience (product, region, country), and across finance/business lines preferred
  • Strong understanding of balance sheet products is essential (Lending, Banking, Treasury)
  • Strong people management skills, especially with matrix organizations and people that are not direct reports
  • Intellectually curious and able to learn quickly
  • Driven to deliver results
  • Bachelordegree or equivalent relevant work experience
