Financial Planning & Analysis Director - P & C Insurance Products
Supervise development, implementation, and subsequent ongoing maintenance of budgeted and forecasted financial data.
*** Manage corporate budgeting, forecasting process, and development of related financial models.
*** Review historical trends and forecast future trends.
*** Identify and support performance initiatives and corresponding measurable indicators for use in tracking corporate performance.
*** Prepare and review analyses associated with operational data and general statistical reports.
*** Monitor effectiveness of cost savings initiatives; drive process improvement to maximize financial results; oversee coordination, collection, and communication of standard and ad hoc financialreports.
*** Collaborate with IT on data enhancement initiatives to identify and drive opportunities for continued improvement of reporting tools and test systems for accuracy and completeness.
*** Assist with staff recruitment activities and develop staff.
