The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and demanding work environment is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial management, experience with Quote-To-Cash (QTC), strong relationship and strategic influencing skills, experience in large-scale change management across functions and geographies, and a relentless pursuit for improvement. This individual must have a proven record of delivering results through strong program management skills, problem solving skills, financial process and system knowledge, and a passion for customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop, modify and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of financial operations process and controls
· Through solid and exceptional verbal and written communication, coordinate with teams across Operations, IT, HR, Finance and Accounting to ensure that the Standard Operations Procedures are followed and implemented
· Demonstrate solid organizational and project management skills, ead special projects to drive improvements and integrations across the Training and Certification organization and partnering business teams, including automation of invoicing procedures globally
· Design, develop and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly financial metrics and derive actionable insights to leadership and business stakeholders
· Research, analyze and develop pricing models for existing and new products
· Deliver monthly accruals and pre-pay revenue recognition reports to Accounting
· Design and deliver audits (monthly, quarterly, annually) across multiple systems to ensure audit ready end to end processes
· Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with global oversight of various projects and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and deliver results
· Perform SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analyses on a regular basis, at least annually
· Develop, modify and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of financial operations process and controls
· Manage and develop financial tools or reports that align, and simplify, monthly business reviews, annual planning, and forecasting processes
· Create WW financial and operational templates and processes to compile and standardize disparate information that drive standardized reporting and metrics tracking
· Manage P&L for the business, diving deep on profitability models across all products and delivery methods
· Track expenses and revenues vs. budget, and re-forecast and analyze fluctuations
Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· B.S. or B.A. in Finance / Accounting or related field required
· 7+ years of relevant financial management experience
· Experience with Oracle Financials and Business Intelligence, SQL reporting, Cognos, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· MBA or CPA preferred
· “Big 4” experience and/or equivalent audit / business controls experience
· Professional Qualification (AICPA, IIA, IMA, etc.)
· 10+ years program management experience
· Work experience in public accounting or internal audit
· International experience at a multinational organization
· Experience with complex problem-solving using Lean / Six Sigma techniques.
