Financial Modeling Deal Analyst Big Four Consulting Experience

8-10 years of experience in the pricing and financial structuring of complex transactions with customized unit pricing. Prefer individuals who have worked for Multinational corporation, Tier 1IPPs or large consultancies in the Information Technology Services sector.
Individual must be knowledgeable of traditional and new IT service offerings to develop client business case, and identify cost drivers to properly price the solution.
Exposure to complex deal structures such as joint ventures, acquisition of captive units or Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) concepts is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in the support of successful contract negotiations and presentation of pricing and commercials to prospective clients.
Demonstrated knowledge of finance and accounting to advise pursuit leaders and prospective clients of financial impact of various deals structures.
Individual must have dealt with cross border taxation and foreign exchange issues. Working knowledge of these topics is required.
Demonstrated experience in working in multi-cultural teams (North America, Latin American, European and Asian) is highly desirable as client relies on its global network of delivery centers and practitioners in crafting and delivering solutions.
Proficiency in Excel and superior financial modeling skills are a must. relies on a standard tool to cost long term information technology transactions; however, client pricing is often tailored to specific client needs, requiring that pricing be custom built separate from the costing.
Ability to use fact-based information to persuade a variety of stakeholders during the deal cycle, including prospective client, transaction advisors, business unit management, and finance and risk officers.
Must be comfortable operating on tight deadline projects as well as highly unstructured work environments created by the involvement of multiple business units and multiple geographies during the sales cycle. Individual must be flexible as requirements from our clients sometimes change on short notice.
Excellent project management skills are required as a senior commercial/deal analyst is expected to set deadlines and follow up with other members of the pursuit team, including solution architects, controllers, and pursuit leaders.
Candidate will be required to furnish a financial model developed by the candidate to assess financial modeling proficiency. We are not interested in financial metrics or cost assumptions used by other firms; we are keen in understanding quality of thought process and superiority of financial modeling skills. Furnishing a sample financial model is absolutely required.
An MBA is highly desirable, but not required.
looking for a highly experienced Deal Analyst to work with business development teams in the Application and Infrastructure Services business units in North America. This new position is a sales support role which reports through the CFO organization.
This position is not location specific as our clients are based in all regions of the continental United States and populous Canadian provinces.
Individual must be flexible to travel on short notice. Occasionally, travel can be extensive, especially during contract negotiations. Most of the travel will be in North America, but international travel may be required occasionally.
The experienced Deal Analyst leads certain commercial aspects of the deal, including costing, pricing and alignment of terms and conditions to the deal model assumptions from beginning to the end of the transaction. We are seeking an individual who has extensive experience in both IT services deal pricing and direct interaction with prospective clients during contract negotiations.
This is an individual performer role, but complexity of the transactions as well as interactions with prospective buyer and the Group senior management requires an accomplished and experienced individual.
