As a Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for selling and delivering facility management related service, leading and coaching a team, and developing business development materials and writing thought leadership.

Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in facilities management including the following areas:

• Outsourcing decision making and socialization;
• Leading RFQ/RFP procurement and supporting throughout the process;
• Delivering on Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Delivering hard and soft services;
• Performing management reviews and assessments;
• Performing service contract reviews;
• Performing FM system implementation;
• Performing business case development;
• Assessing occupancy planning and space utilization reviews;
• Completing asset management service reviews - facility maintenance, capital planning, repair and replacement strategies, energy cost reductions;
• Completing FM broad assessments and policies & procedures review;
• Assessing customer satisfaction surveys and employee satisfaction surveys development and execution;
• Driving business development by proactively seek out client opportunities through existing external network or by leveraging existing relationships within the firm;
• Leading proposal response material for client opportunities;
• Managing a portfolio of clients, including financial management;
• Interacting directly with prospective clients;
• Interacting and collaborating virtually with national team;
• Partnering with other PwC advisory teams such as tax and HR to bring a holistic approach to clients;
• Leading development of technology solutions;
• Leading and manage projects; and,
• Training, coaching, and supervising staff.
