We are seeking an experienced and professional Financial Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position aimed at leading a team of financial analysts to drive the operational and financial success of the company. The ideal candidate should exhibit “Our Values”, be humble, motivated and a self-starter who is excited to work for a dynamic company.

Responsibilities.

  • Manage preparation of the Company’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Provide monthly financial and KPI reporting with detailed interpretation and recommendations to senior management
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of monthly departmental financial performance
  • Research and analyze trends and projections to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the company
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Manage the operations of the financial analysts, setting goals and objectives, and designing a framework for the team’s success
  • Assist the accounting team on ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data
  • Oversea the ongoing maintenance and update of the ARR database
  • Ad hoc projects. Perform other job duties as required

 What you bring to the team. 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a financial management position
  • Proficient user of financial software, preferably Adaptive Insights
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate and accurate use of financialprocesses
  • Ability to be organized and meet critical deadlines in a timely manner
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
