A Day in the Life 

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure that they understand the financialdrivers inherent in those plans
  • Analyze actual vs. forecast performance, with an emphasis on understanding and communicating how the company will meet its financial commitments
  • Communicate expected and actual financial results and the activities underlying those results clearly and concisely
  • Provide insights to business partners to achieve financial objectives and business partner G&Os
  • Identify, analyze, communicate and provide suggested solutions to resolve financial issues which impact business objectives
  • Leverage information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness of forecasting and analysis
  • Support annual strategic planning process
  • Lead regional financial reviews and provide regional analytics and insights reporting
  • Provides guidance, coaching and training to junior level team members
  • Travel up to 10% 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst / Associate Management Consultant or similar role or MBA/Master’s or Advanced Degree with 8years of experience as a Financial Analyst / Associate Management Consultant or similar role 
  • Experience in analysis and reporting (e.g., month-end close, quarter-close, annual budgeting planning & process)

Nice to Have: 

  • MBA
  • Experience from Big 4 / Management Consulting firms
  • Business Partner experience to senior leaders
  • Experience creating written and oral presentations to senior leaders
  • Expert in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, including experience in excel with lookups and Pivots
  • Experience creating financial models
  • Knowledge of medical device industry practices, techniques and standards
  • Familiarity with marketing, finance and project management
  • Works and champions ideas at regional and global level

Influence – This position relies on a high degree of influence management skills with product marketing, global marketing organization, and operations
