We serve the semiconductor and emerging high-growth markets. Our process equipment and technology are used to manufacture advanced semiconductors, LEDs, displays, photonics, VCSELs, power electronics, compound semiconductors, hard disk drives, MEMS and wireless chips.
Our Finance team is looking for a results-oriented individual with effective financial analysis, accounting, financial planning and communication skills to serve in the Financial Planning & Analysis group. This position will assist with the monthly financial close and forecast as well as the annual budget. The individual will be required to work on multiple areas while autonomously prioritizing projects, effectively communicating with management and proactively anticipating management’s request.
Perform financial statement analysis and expense variance analysis, using SAP and / or the financial reporting systems and communicate with product line finance management regularly
Own and prepare product line R&D marketing, administration, facilities and other related cost centers forecast
Submit forecast, month-end journal entries and other required information into financial systems on a monthly basis
Manage revenue database and product line upload templates
Analyze companywide headcount
Assist with consolidation and review the quarterly bookings/revenue market analysis for presentation to investor relations and executive management
Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board of Director and executive level presentations, including bookings and revenue analysis, financial forecasts, segment reporting and analysis of key balance sheet accounts
Coordinate with others in the organization to help ensure the achievement of the Budget/Forecast
Independently prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis to management
Assist with the administration and maintenance of our global financial consolidation software SAP BPC, including but not limited to opening and closing periods, running allocations, monitoring system stability, managing security, maintaining cost center & accounting structures and resolving user-related issues
Effectively use Excel, Access & Power Point
BS degree in accounting or finance is required. 5+ years of progressive experience, ideally with a combination of public and private accounting with a focus in the areas of financial planning & analysis is also required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated experience/proficiency with a global financial consolidation systems and general ledgers (i.e. SAP BPC, SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP Business Objects or similar reporting and consolidation tools)
Expertise in advanced Excel financial modeling skills as well as Access, PowerPoint & Word
Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and as part of a team to effectively complete multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
Solid understanding of business process and systems and the ability to modify such to fit changing business needs
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others
Certified Public Accountant is a plus
