Responsible for preparation of recurring weekly and monthly financialreports to management covering financial results, billable time & disbursements, and headcount analysis for senior staff. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Weekly preparation of activity report for management

  • Production of Departmental / Practice Group reports for monthly distribution

  • Preparation of Monthly Departmental expense binder

  • Assist in monthly preparation of MMR and otherreporting requirements

  • Support annual preparation of Dinner Book

  • Collect and manage competitive data

  • Support on quarterly and annual external surveys

  • Performing and assisting with Ad hoc projects/ request

  • Perform detailed cost accounting analyses of departments and offices

  • Understands the key business drivers; able to use this knowledge in own work

  • Accountable for own technical contribution deliverables provided to the team









  • Strong written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills

  • Comprehensive analytical and problem solving skills including cost accounting and financial modeling experience

  • Proactive and results oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently for assigned task

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Oracle Hyperion Essbase

  • Knowledge of various information technology systems (experience with Elite 3E and SQL is a plus)


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferable Finance or Accounting), plus at least five years of experience with the last couple in a senior capacity.Experience gained in the legal industry or professional services environment is preferred.
