Position Summary

Radiology Partners requires a versatile and high-performing individual to help drive and support the revenue estimation process. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing, analytically-inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment.


Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Highly analytical, flexible and process oriented to partner with the Practice Controller and FP&A team to calculate estimated revenues on an accrued basis

  • Under general supervision, evaluates, assesses and reports on financial data and identifies problems and opportunities
  • Ability to multi-task various projects and manage various practices

  • Ability to communicate actual results succinctly and in a timely manner

  • Perform analysis and calculation related to physician compensation pools

 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must have strong financialreporting foundation, strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills, including data mining, multi-source data collection/manipulation, and model building

  • Ability to streamline and automate processes while maintaining quality, accuracy, and relevance

  • Highly energetic self-starter, driven to succeed, persistent and adept in using metrics to drive performance

  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Outstanding communications skills in both written and verbal expression

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Patience and ability to excel under pressure, handling multiple requests often with tight deadlines

  • Undergraduatedegree from top tier institution

  • 4 to 7years of work experience, ideally in revenue analysis, finance/FP&A

  • Experience working within healthcare services companies a plus

  • Experience in determining revenue recognition; contract analysis and familiarity with income statements; helps efforts in gathering support needed to recognize revenue

  • Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
