Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Contract: 12 Months with the potential to go longer
Daily Schedule(Hours): 8am-5pm
Years of Experience Needed: 3+
1) Forecasting and budgeting experience
2) Advanced Excel skills
3) Hyperionexperience a plus
4) Consolidation and reporting experience a plus
5) Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization as this role will have a lot of exposure to upper level management

? The Sr. Financial Analyst will have divisional responsibilities for day-to-day activities in support of budgeting, forecasting, monthly variance reporting and ad hoc requests.
? This role may also have a role in business case development.
? Manage the day-to-day divisional FP&A function such as budget and forecast processes and including financialreporting, analysis and achieving spending targets for assigned division(s)
? Interact on a regular basis with executives, in a highly visible role
?Support the development of cost models to justify projects, identify savings and improve financial performance
? Provide analysis, modeling and business case support to divisional management and their teams, including:
o Labor analysis
o Ad hoc analysis to identify budget & forecast variance drivers
o Collaborate with peer leaders to identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality and timeliness
? Identify process improvement opportunities and make significant contribution as part of project teams to support implementation of process improvements and other ad hoc initiatives
? Financial planning and analysis experience with progressively increasing responsibility
? Background in IT financial management and accounting considered beneficial
?Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a financial analysis role
? Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) or professional certification (CMA, CPA) a plus
