The Finance organization consists of operations, division and corporate finance teams. The operations and division finance teams influence business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.


We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to contribute to a great finance team and work cross-functionally within the company. In this role you are responsible for planning, forecasting and reporting revenue / standard COGS / warranty. The ideal candidate will work with multiple business functions and has the opportunity to affect company's overall long term financial performance.

The Division Revenue Financial Analyst will support the Division Controller and the VP/GM in driving revenue achievement. Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with sales, operations and other divisional functions to optimize revenue plan and execution
  • Maintain accurate database for bookings, shipment, revenue history and forecast
  • Perform scenario planning and support the annual strategic planning process
  • Support period close processes, preparation of financial packages and reporting
  • Provide analysis of business trends, such as customers, pricing etc
  • Identify, support, and implement group process improvements
  • Ensure completion with required audit and SOX control testing with specific focus on revenue


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance with a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (with emphasis on accounting, forecasting and financial analysis)

  • Knowledge of basic revenue accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent communication skill and ability to influence without direct authority
  • Analytical mindset and ability to provide meaningful analyses that are concise and actionable
  • Must be hard working, has a positive attitude and willingly contribute to a team.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and be flexible to constant change.
  • Openness to learning and looking for ways to improve.
  • Working knowledge of revenue accounting standards preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of MIcrosoft Office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working on TM1/SAP

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree with at least 3 years of experience. OR Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
