Exciting, opportunities for Financial Analysts to work within the Financial Planning and Analysis department of Maxor National Pharmacy Services in Amarillo, TX. This position will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections for our Specialty Pharmacy & Pharmacy Operations groups.


•          put together, evaluation and distribute monthly economic reports to stores and price/earnings facilities

•          music fees and revenues vs. Price range and reforecast and analyze fluctuations

•          put together month-to-month consolidation and government monetary package deal

•          prepare annual financial facts binder to be provided to the outside auditors

•          put together quarterly working reviews

•          assist within the price range & reforecast system

•          preserve finances and reforecast statistics inside the accounting machine

•          evaluate earnings and value efficiencies in various regions of the corporation as needed

•          broaden, maintain and distribute ad-hocreports and monetary models as wished


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required


  • Minimum of 3years’ experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis
  • Accounting/GAAP knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with Pharmacy or Healthcare industry experience
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well withothers in fast paced, dynamic environment
