Minimum Qualifications:

-10+ years of treasury management experiencerequired

-Management/supervising experiencerequired

-Bachelor of Science in Finance or related field. A Masters degree in related field is strongly prefered

-Experiencewith FX Hedging programs

-Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately to senior management and external business contacts

-Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

-Experiencewith managing large scale projects. Experience includes at least one full project life cycle.

-Attention to detail required

-Candidates must reside in Long Island, NY or Queens, NY

Job Description:

The Finance Planning Manager manages a team of professional staff including being responsible for highly analytical efforts and strategic initiatives integral to the efficient operations of treasury.

This is not a daily cash core treasury role. The Finance Planning Manager is responsible for delivering on special projects, enhancing reporting and metrics, and budgets and forecasts.

 

Must have significant prior experience in full project life cycle management and management reporting.

Responsibilities: 

-Manage the Cash Forecasting process on an ongoing basis

-Manage the Budget for Balance Sheet?work withBudget Department to ensure timely and accurate budget for Cash Flow and Balance Sheet

-Manage Finance Reporting

-Monthly company reporting requirements and reporting to management

-Create new reporting as necessary

-Initiate , Manage and Implement special projects to improve company financial operations and results

-Coordinate complex projects by working with Business Units, Subsidiaries, IT, Vendors and Administration groups

-Foreign Exchange Management - create risk management program to minimize FX risk and expense

-Treasury Management System control and administration

-Act as Administrator of system ? control user access and permissions

-Maintain billing and accounting for system related expenses and chargebacks to users

-Manage any enhancements or changes

-Bank Fee Management

-Monitor bank fee billing to ensure accuracy versus contracted rates

-Negotiate fees and refunds as necessary
