The Finance Manager is responsible for the daily functions of the finance department in accordance with Vibra policies and procedures. Responsible for the timely submission of all adjustments; directly supervises accounts receivable(s) actions to ensure timely and accurate productivity; solves problems identified by staff and improves efficiency within the department. This position is highly visible and requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritize, plan and direct the department. Assists the business office in obtaining cash goals and the lowest possible DSO.
EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
The Finance Manager position requires a four (4) year college degree or relevant experience in addition to a minimum of five (5) years billing or accounting experience in the healthcare field and three (3) years of management related experience.
